UK Social Marketing Conference

Following up on the success of the World Social Marketing Conference and Exhibition in Dublin, in April of this year, the UK Social Marketing Group hosted their event last month at the Brighton Metropole.
The Conference explored and shared innovations in social marketing practice, technology and theory, the key theme being how to integrate marketing with other key policy and implementation methodologies to deliver solutions to current social challenges.
There was a great line up of speakers from across the public, NGO and private sectors. Topics covered what people want from governments in the form of support for socially desirable behavior change, how marketing is being integrated into public sector and NGO delivery and how behavioural economics is being applied in policy planning and delivery.
