Challenge
- A collaboration between 4 universities required a show case exhibition to present the latest high tech industry developments to members of parliament and key industry decision makers. This prestigious event was to be located in the Institute of Chartered Engineers and The houses of Parliament and required a very high quality design format to be replicated across the two venues.
Solution
- Different trade sectors within the universities were zoned and branded within special colour coded presentation areas. Bespoke display counters and av monitors were built in to each zone and these were combined with detailed graphic backdrops and integrated branding to provide a stylish and high quality exhibition.
- This theme was developed to provide a high tech back lit graphic stage set with large screen movie and slide relay screens at the Houses of Parliament.
Result
- The customer was delighted because we had transformed two historic venues into highly professional backdrops to create a colourful walk through experience for some of the latest technological advances in industry on offer.
- The look and feel of the event had taken this showcase to a new level of presentation never experienced before by the Set Square Partnership.
