World Social Marketing

Challenge

  • To create an exciting platform that would attract global Social Marketing Companies to Dublin to showcase business models, ideas and industry specific issues.
  • To keep a consistent theme throughout the event to help develop the World Social Marketing Meeting for future years.

Solution

  • We developed and installed a specialist exhibition layout based around free standing coloured pods and poster boards to create Marketing Zones specific to areas of interest.
  • The branding used throughout the exhibition was brought into the stage set design to produce an exciting backdrop for International debates. We provided complete AV solutions for the main plenary and multiple workshop sessions.
  • Onsite branding, 3D plans, signage and registration areas provided the whole venue with a great look and feel to help reinforce the WSM 2011 message.

Results

  • The onsite event ran smoothly, the exhibition backdrop provided a great platform for informal debate and networking whilst the plenary sessions were very well attended and allowed detailed and focused presentations.
  • Delegates were left feeling motivated and ready for WSM 2013.
