Exhibitor Support
We understand that exhibitors are your customers and that the service we provide will affect how they view your event overall. We believe successful events are all about strong partnerships so from the outset your dedicated Project Manager will work with you and your exhibitors to deliver a professional service that matches your event brand and values.

Key activities would include the following:
- appointing and managing all contractors and suppliers
- liaison and coordination with the venue
- liaison with exhibitors and their contractors
- preparation and distribution of the Exhibitor Technical Manual
- management and approval of space only stand plans
- health and safety management
- provision of a full on-site team (including Health and Safety Managers and Floor Managers, where necessary) to ensure the smooth running of the event for the duration of your tenancy
